You may use the websites, software, services, and media applications of AFREE TV (Pty) Ltd (“AFREE TV”) provided that you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

BY ACCESSING, USING, OR REGISTERING FOR AFREE TV, YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ELECTRONICALLY THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms and any supplemental terms posted on afreetv.co.za and/or affiliated sites (collectively known as “AFREE TV”) govern your use of the AFREE TV platform (collectively, the “Agreement” or “Terms” or “Terms of Service”). AFREE TV is provided by AFREE TV (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates (collectively, “we” or “us”).

IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AGREEING TO RECEIVE NOTICES AND TERMS ELECTRONICALLY, AND AGREEING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH US IN SOUTH AFRICA.

Do not use AFREE TV if you do not agree to these Terms.

In this Agreement, “Content” refers to text, pictures, music, video, data, and other content. The term “you” refers to you and any individual or entity that uses or signs up for AFREE TV.

We may modify this Agreement at any time. You agree to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes and to check for notices regarding updates.

About the Service

AFREE TV is a digital service; no physical product will be shipped or received. AFREE TV is a TV and Radio platform designed for personal, entertainment, and informational purposes only.

Children and Minors

AFREE TV is intended for general audiences. Parents or guardians who permit minors to use AFREE TV are responsible for supervising such use and ensuring the Content is suitable. Some Content may not be intended for children.

Advertising

You acknowledge that AFREE TV is supported by advertising, and you agree that such advertising may appear as part of the AFREE TV service. Any dealings you have with advertisers found on AFREE TV are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not liable for any loss or claim arising from such dealings.

Registration

We may take legal or technical action to enforce this Agreement, including immediate termination of your account.

No Spam

You may not use AFREE TV to collect user information for unsolicited communications.

We may use technical measures to prevent or block spam from our network.

Monitoring and Violations

We are not obligated to monitor Content but may do so at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove Content or suspend access for violations of these Terms, without warning.

Proprietary Rights

AFREE TV, its affiliates, licensors, and Content owners own all property rights to the platform and its Content.

All Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and international laws.

Our License to You

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use AFREE TV in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without authorization.

This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or violation of these Terms.

Trademarks & Copyright

All trademarks, copyrights, names, and logos displayed on this website are the property of AFREE TV (Pty) Ltd.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Copyright Infringement

Equipment and Access

You must provide, at your own expense, the necessary devices and internet connection to access AFREE TV.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFREE TV (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, employees, licensors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AFREE TV.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to AFREE TV without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms or non-payment of fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and data may be deleted.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AFREE TV (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates, employees, and officers from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of AFREE TV.

International Use

AFREE TV makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to AFREE TV, entitling it to injunctive relief in addition to other remedies.

No Support Obligation

AFREE TV is not obligated to provide technical or customer support, though it may do so at its discretion.

Jurisdiction and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg.

By agreeing to these Terms, you:

Waive claims under other jurisdictions,

Consent to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, and

Submit to its authority for all disputes or claims.

Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AFREE TV.
b. If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
c. The controlling language of this Agreement is English.
d. Failure to enforce any provision shall not waive future enforcement.
e. AFREE TV may assign this Agreement; you may not without consent.
f. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Information About You

We collect “Personal Information” (e.g., name, contact details), “Non-Personal Information” (e.g., age range, gender), and “Aggregate Information” (e.g., site usage statistics). The data collected depends on the services you use.

Customer Service Correspondence

We may collect information when you contact us with comments or support inquiries.

Use of Personal and Non-Personal Information
